The adapator fits and stays connected to my phone and headset just fine and no problem with the volume in the headset when turned all the way up. Problem is, I wanted to be able to use as a phone headset as well, but the microphone on the headset doesn't work using this adaptor. The headset works fine with speaker and mic on our Windows phone.
Purchased for daughter so she can listen to music on her phone.
She uses it regularly and loves it.
