This is exactly the kind of headset that I felt should've come with my phone (Pantech Matrix) for free. Not only didn't I get one, AT;T doesn't even carry a headset for this phone. Nor did Best Buy or Radio Shack. I thought for sure I'd have to spend at least $25.00 for one on the Internet. This one however, does its job. The ear buds aren't that comfortable, and I wish there was a volume control, but for under $10.00, it's a good accessory to have.
Got this for a Pantech phone. It's tough to find wired headsets compatible with Pantech for some reason, and I didn't want to pay $35 at my local wireless store. This cost me a third of the price and while I'm still not sure of the brand (probably a "generic"), it works well. The sound quality is not as high as you might get with the higher-end name brand, but at this price, it's a good deal.
